Welcome to a wonderful family event that you are bound to love! This year we are holding our fairy ball again in Chestnut Ridge at the Enchanted Cottage- and Peace Through Play Nursery School.
The Fairy Ball is an event that is rich in storytelling, art and family bonding. This is the reason Peace Through Play and the Enchanted Cottage continues to be our venue.
Thanks to Alan Berger for renting us this beautiful property- two buildings, a wonderful trailed forest, and fire pit area as well.

What to expect? Last year will be very similar to this year in many ways with new twists- come with a fresh outlook- be prepared for something different, as usual. You can expect to be outdoors- so dress for the weather. You can also expect fairy character interaction, a live performance by Fairy Una with her latest album 'believe' and old favorites from the first album as well, storytelling, story cottage comes to life, As well, desert (the chocolate fountain), time to relax with friends and family in our picnic style outdoor space and scavenger hunt along the wonderland trail.
Desert Served: The famous chocolate fountain, strawberries, fresh fruit and marshmallows, as well as mini cakes and more.
What to bring?
Bring with you a tea cup for each member of your family, (wipes are handy for after desert) a blanket, lawn chairs are great for parents, a trade for the trade table, warmer cloths for dark time, flashlights or lanterns are fun, and of course dress up! Rain boots if it rained that week might make it easier to dance

The Spring is here, or almost and the fairies are waking up! Come join us to celibrate the magic of spring, the magic of the forest awakening, and the magic of something a bit unusual...come help us calibrate your own wonderland- your own imagination.
Be who you are, wear what you wish as a costume to honor your difference- your sparkle, what makes you you!!!! That is what the fairy ball was created for! Come young and old- be a fairy- be a fancied up princess, a dragon keeper- alice- or any of her wonderland friends. Our theme honors all things magical this year down the rabbit hole we go! Join us!
